You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account's customer portal. Cancellation stops future billing; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
If you are unsatisfied, contact us within 7 days of a charge at billing@cartographer.aiskillhub.info and we will issue a full refund for that billing period, no questions asked. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
The free tier requires no payment and can be used without any subscription.
GST-compliant invoices are available for Indian customers. Add your GSTIN in the billing portal to have it appear on invoices.
